No dishes and the bathroom was dirty, we didn't like it.

I had a FINE stay. Non smoking rooms, favourable location, caring staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. Late check-out too.
Communication was challenging, wifi was slow.

Non-smoking and brand-new room, we spent our time lovely. Everything was perfect, the staff were professional. Great customer service too. The hotel itself was in a pretty quiet area.
